    Love this location.
    It's a busy spot but the staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel valued.
    My birthday reward expired (I was a day late) and they didn't charge me for my latte, and wrote 'happy birthday' on my cup.
    Love these guys.
    It's the little things that matter and these folks get it.

    Quiet, clean and efficient on a Sunday night!

    Tried the tall Juniper Latte (espresso & milk infused with sage and lightly dusted with juniper sugar), which was light and not too sweet after a large dinner.

    I don't know what this is that I am drinking, but it is not an Americano.

    I don't know how a barista line can move so slowly, when everything is being made by automated machines. It honestly appeared that the coffee was being made by a random group of people pulled from the street.

    I do not know if the barista actually knows how to operate the machine.

    I do know that I will not be going back. Life is too short for long lines for bad coffee.

    This location is usually very busy. We stopped by for the BOGO holiday drink promotion. The store was well staffed, staff were friendly at explaining the holiday drink options that were part of promotion, and we received our drinks in reasonable time.

    Usually it too picky about my Starbucks but unfortunately this wasn't my best experience. It started off with not being greeted with a friendly smile which really sets the tone of my morning commute. I was ordering 4 different beverages to bring to friends and I seemed to feel I was being a hassle.

    I got my friend the peach green tea lemonade and she said it doesn't taste as refreshing as usual. I got an iced Carmel latte which is a pretty easy order and when I received my cup it wasn't even full all the way, and my first sip was warm when I ordered iced, theycould of Atleast put my ice in it.

    Maybe it was the time of morning or the baristas are aggravated with the new unicorn frappucino but unfortunately wasn't the experience for myself.
